This is the beautiful 1970’s Chevrolet Stepside Pickup Truck from Speedy Car. These castings are well done, and since they were initially less expensive than Matchbox or Hot Wheels they mostly ended up in the hands of children instead of collectors. Now collectors seek to find them in the original packaging, as that is very hard to find. This is in Mint/Unopened. The blistercard shows its 30+ year old age, but is still quite presentable.
