Cragstan - Sabra - Gamda Koor

Cragstan was an Israel based company that was noted more for their battery powered robots, than they were for diecast. However, in the late 1960's they produced a very nice line of 1:43 sale diecast sold under the "Detroit Seniors" Brand. These were comparable to Corgi and Dinky in quality, and focused mainly on American vehicles with many service oriented graphics: Police, Fire, EMT, Military etc. They become rarer each day, as they did not produce them for very long, only a couple of years. Many collectors of Cragstan are so happy to find one in any condition, they add it to their collection and then keep it until they can upgrade it to a better condition model.......that is when you know they are hard to find! Note These Cars were also sold as Sabra or Gamda Koor depending on where in the world they were being sold.
