Road Champs - JRI

Road Champs originally started out in the early 1980's under the company JRI, Inc. in a Philadelphia suburb. After a move to West Caldwell NJ the company was sold to Jakks Pacific in 1995. They originally started out with 1:64 Scale vehicle, but made their mark in the 1:43 scale market. Those vehicles remain a big favorite of Lionel and O Guage train collectors for use on their layouts. It is the realism, reasonable price, and selection of models that makes them popular.
