This is the beautiful Chevrolet Corvair (229). This casting was released by Corgi in 1961. If you look carefully at this car you will see a nicely detailed engine and very nice rear window louvers. This is a beautifully done Corvair.

This one has minimal playwear, with just a couple of small nicks in the paint. That is why we have priced well below the book value of a Mint/Boxed version. If you collect Corvairs, Chevy’s or Corgi this is an opportunity to add this beautiful 40+ year old piece to your collection. You simply will not find a nicer example at this price. (1:43 Scale)
