Racing Champions 1997 Ford F150 Pickup Truck - Factory Recall

This is an amazing, lucky find. This is a beautiful 97 Ford F-150 from Racing Champions. This was part of a factory recall; however some of them made it to market...........and this is one of them. Look closely at the lettering on the gold stripe. The factory that produced these for RC actually reused older Ford Pickup stickers by handwriting the 97.............and.............they forgot to change the F-100 to an F-150!

Talk about cost cutting gone wrong. RC caught the mistake, but not in time to prevent some of them from being releaesed. This is an unopened package, factory error...........or should we say factory deliberate error. It is from the MINT series. It is a great cross-collectible, so if you collect Ford Trucks, or Racing Champions or this will be a wonderful addition to your collection.(1:64 Scale)
