This is a great find! This is the City Cartage Garbage Truck from Barclays. This was released in 1960, and it is a little smaller than 1:64 scale. It is closer to HO Scale. This has about 90% of it’s paint, and more importantly it has 99% of its decals! It is priced well below it’s book value to reflect the playwear.
