This is a great find that was released over a decade ago as part of the 2006 First Editions series. It has Faster Than Ever Wheels and it's called the Nerve Hammer.   It is a great cross-collectible, so if you race diecast cars, or collect Hot Wheels or Hot Wheels designed customs this is a wonderful addition to your collection.
