This is the beautiful Ferrari 250 Testa Rosa from Hot Wheels. It was released 25+ years in 1998, and the only way to obtain one back then was to purchase a Toys R Us exclusive HW set. This is the first time we've had this variation in stock, while it lasts.

If you collect Hot Wheels or Ferrari than this is a very nice addition for your collection. (1:64 Scale)
