First Shots were the first issues of JL models for a specific series. They only did these for a handful of series, and they have now become some of the more sought after JL vehicles as a result.  Each First Shots set contains two vehicles. One has the famous JL “Mirror” finish paint; the other is ZAMAC….no paint! They look great side by side.

This is the Sam Barris Kopper Kart that was built from a 57 Chevy Pickup. It's from the Show Rods series First Shots. This car was built by the legendary George Barris! Note that the front of the package has a scratch, as shown. This is beautiful! If you collect Chevy Trucks, Customs, George Barris, or Johnny Lightning this is a wonderful find for your collection!
