This is a beautiful Dodge Viper. It is JL Limited Edition Promo done for Thunder Alley. This was only available to a select few, in very limited numbers. It was released 20+ years ago in 2003. It is a great cross-collectible, so if you collect Johnny Lightning, Promo's or Vipers this will be a wonderful addition to your collection.
