This is a rare Impala, it is the Chase car version of the 62 Impala.  Only a handful of these were made into the White Lightning "Chase" Cars, featuring the White Lightning Pearl and Zinger Teal paint, white rims and baseplate.  This is from the Johnny Lightning Street Freaks Zingers.  It is a great cross-collectible, so if you collect Johnny Lightning, Chevy, White Lightnings or Impalas this will be a wonderful addition to your collection that most other collectors will never have a chance to own.
