This is a beautiful 1957 Chevy Bel Air from the Castline M2 Machines Drivers series. This comes from Series 55, which has all of the vehicles decorated with hot rod parts sponsorship.  It is a great cross-collectible, so if you collect Castline,  Accel Automotive, Chevrolet, or Tri-Chevy's  this will be a very nice addition to your collection.
