Matchbox decided to celebrate the release of the Hero City lineup by creating Chase vehicles which were mixed in with the regular lineup. It was only the third time that Matchbox had done “Chase” type vehicles. (The first set was the Gold Challenge Vehicles from 1997, the second set was the Millennium 2000 logo Vehicles). The Hero City Chase Vehicles were the same color as the regular lineup vehicles, but they had the MB Hero City logo somewhere on the vehicle. We have been lucky enough to acquire a collection of these, all still in their unopened blisters.

This is the Ferrari 430 Spyder. It is a great cross-collectible so if you collect Ferrari, Chase Vehicles, or Matchbox this is a great find for your collection. (1:64 Scale)
