This is the beautiful Y-7C-1 1912 Rolls Royce from Matchbox’s Models of Yesteryear Series. This casting was released 40+ years ago in 1968. This has minimal edgewear, and has been priced well below the value of a Mint model to reflect the edgewear.  You will not find a nicer example at this price point.

If you collect Rolls Royce, or Models of Yesteryear this is a beautiful addition for your collection. You will not find a nicer example at this price. (1:43 Scale)
