This is a great find. It is the 1964 ½-1965 Ford Mustang Convertible. It is from Precision Miniatures and is still in the original model kit box, with the windshield still left to assemble.

Precision Miniatures are highly collectible white metal model kits, the Mustang Convertible in black, with the red interior is one of the most sought after!

If you collect Precision, Ford, Mustangs, or Convertibles this is a wonderful addition for your collection (1:43 Scale)
