This is a great find. Released more than a decade ago this RC series did not last long, so these cars have become hard to find. This one is the Nitro Rods US Army Dodge Charger, and it is beautiful.  If you collect NHRA, MOPAR, Chargers or Racing Champions this is a very nice addition for your collection that is still in its original packaging!
