This is the beautiful Fuso Pepsi Cola Delivery truck from Tomica.  Released 30+ years ago in 1979, this is a great piece. This one has some edgewear, and has been priced to reflect it, you will not find a nicer example at the price. Both sides open and function properly

If you collect Fuso Trucks, Pepsi, or Tomica this is a very unique addition for your collection! (1:64 Scale)
