This is a beautiful Chevrolet 1500 Pickup Truck, from the Hot Wheels Race Aces collection. These were built for speed and were supposed to be as fast as the FTE (Fast Than Ever) wheeled cars. This collection of vehicles was originally exclusive to Target Department stores several years ago, and they were not sold in other retail chains.  This Chevy 1500 is a nice cross collectible, so if you collect either Hot Wheels, Chevy Trucks, or if you race diecast vehicles on tracks in competition this will be a nice addition to your collection.
