This is a beautiful 1965 Pontiac GTO Convertible called the Goat Buster. It is from the JL Speed Rebel Series. Collectors Note: There are 13 different colors of the casting. This dark red/maroon was made for, and sold exclusively through a store called the Doll and Hobby Shoppe. They were issued for one year only, 15+ years ago in 1997.
This is one of the hardest colors to find, because it was not sold through the big retailers. It is a great cross-collectible, so if you collect Johnny Lightning, Pontiac, GTO’s, or Muscle Cars this will be a wonderful addition to your collection.
