TootsieToy Ford Econoline Pickup Truck (1962)

This is a great find. This is the Ford Econline Pickup Truck from TootsieToy. This is from the TootsieToy 5-1/2”  series. This was produced only in 1962 making this a very tough casting to find in any condition. A one year only run is the shortest run for any Tootstietoy, and it only happened for a handful of castings.

This one has some playwear, yet it retains approx 80% of its original paint and it rolls nicely. It is a great cross-collectible, so if you collect TootsieToys, Vintage Diecast, or Ford Truck this 40+ year old Econoline is a wonderful find for your collection! This has been priced to reflect the playwear, you simply will not find a better unrestored example for this price, if you could find one at all!
