This is a great find. It's a Promo set that was done for MiJo. It is from Greenlights Hitch & Tow, and VDub series. Note that it is rare that GL has a set that is featured in two different series.
It features a Gulf Racing Support team with a 1968 VW Type 2 Crew Cab, and a 2016 Winnie Drop Trailer. We only have a few of these, so these are stricly first come, first served while they last. We don't know when or if we'll be able to obtain more of them.
