This is the beautiful1968 Mercury Cougar XR7-G from the Johnny Lightning  Classic Gold  Series.

Collectors Note: The XR&-G was a model that celebrated Dan Gurney's success with the Cougar in the 1967 Racing season. What few people know is that there were two XR7_G optoon packages offered by Mercury, it came with or without the Dan Gurney Special package.  This one is Madras Blue Poly, and original Mercury color.

This is the only 1:64 Scale model of a XR7-G that we are aware of. This is a great cross-collectible, so if you collect Johnny Lightning, Mercury, Dan Gurney or Cougars this will be a wonderful addition to your collection. (1:64 Scale)
