Corgi Juniors - (56A-1) Ford Capri Fire Chief Car

This is the beautiful Ford Capri Fire Chief Car from the Corgi Juniors (56-A-1).  

Collectors Note: This is the early variation, the only one of the 3 variations of this car to have the Black Fire Chief lettering, instead of red.  Released 40 years ago in 1971, this car is beautiful with only minimal edgewear in one spot. because it is the early black lettered edition it was proudly displayed in the Corgi Junior collection it came from.

It has been well over 20 years since we have had one of these is stock, and it almost didn’t make it into our store as the GDD staff was lobbying hard to put this in their own collections………but customers come first! It is priced below book value to reflect the edgewear. This is a popular cross collectible, so if you collect Ford, Capri’s, Fire Vehicles, or Corgi this is a wonderful addition for your collection.
