Corgi (256A-1) Volkswagen 1200 East African Safari Car

This is the (256-A-1) Volkswagen 1200 East African Safari Car. This car was released 45+ years ago in 1965!  

Collectors Note: This car is one of the most sought after Corgi vehicles ever produced. It has the rooftop steering (the tire on the roof turns the front wheels), and is very hard to find in good condition. This one is missing only the front rear safari decals, but still has the #18 door decals.  It has some minimal edgewear, but is in very nice presentable condition for its age.

We have priced it more than $100 less than the $250+ book value for a mint piece. You simply will not find a nicer example at this price. If you collect VW, Beetles, or Corgi this is a great find for your collection! (1:43 Scale)
