This is the beautiful Ford Thames Airborne Caravan (426-A) from Corgi. It was issued in 1962. Based on the upper color, we believe this one has been restored. The reason is that the bottom dark blue color is correct, but the top should be a light blue. This one is white. So this is either restored, or it’s an uncataloged model. Either way it is in Mint condition, with no visible flaws. It also rolls nicely. We have priced far below the value of a Mint/Boxed model (over $85) to reflect the uncertainty of the paint color. If you collect Ford, Campers/RV’s, or Corgi this is an opportunity to add this beautiful 45+ year old piece to your collection. You simply will not find a better example of this piece at this price.
