Leadworks - Ceramic 1956 Ford Fairlane Convertible

Global Diecast Direct specialized in Diecast Metal vehicles. While we do have some plastic dealer promos, and vintage Rubber and Plastic vehicles from the 1950’s, it is rare that offer something as different as a Ceramic car. However, this particular 1956 Ford Convertible ceramic car came to us as part of a large diecast collection we recently acquired. It is hand painted red and white with a shinny clear glaze. It was produced in 1987 Leadworks Inc Cleveland, Oh. While leadworks is no longer around (they were purchased by Xonex), their handiwork lives on in this beautiful Fairlane! It’s 11 inches long 4-1/2 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches tall, so it’s approx 1:18 scale. As you can see from the photos it comes in its original box.
