Hot Wheels 2005 First Editions - Drop Tops - 57 Chevrolet Nomad

This is one of those Hot Wheels models that collectors love……..why?............because unlike other castings that have hundreds of variations………this is the only one of these that Hot Wheels ever produced. It is from the 2005 First Edition Drop Tops series. There are very few castings that only have one color every made, the cost of the tooling is just too expensive not to make many different versions. However, this does remain one of the few castings that only had one version produced. It was available with two different types of wheels, so there are two variations……..but this is the only color produced since it debuted 5+ years ago.  If you collect Chevy, Nomads, Tri-Chevys, or Hot Wheels this is a unique find for your collection.
