First Shots were the first issues of JL models for a specific series. They only did these for a handful of series, and they have now become some of the more sought after JL vehicles as a result. Each First Shots set contains two vehicles. One has the famous JL “Mirror” finish paint; the other is ZAMAC….no paint! They look great side by side.
This is the Sam Barris Merc Lead Sled from the Show Rods series First Shots. This car was built by the legendary George Barris! This is beautiful! If you collect Mercury, Ford, Lead Sleds, George Barris, or Johnny Lightning this is a wonderful find for your collection! (1:64 Scale)
