Hawk was a US based toy maker that became famous for their Weird Oh model kits in the early 1960's Designed by artist Bill Campbell, they were built to compete with Aurora's Monsters and Ed Roth's Roth Finks among others. They were later turned into an animated TV cartoon that aired in the US & Canada in 1999, 2000. They are beloved drag racing related characters and a part of multiple generations childhoods.
This is one of the few Weird Oh's that's not car relasted, he is Francis the Foul a Basketball Player! The figure magnetically attaches to his skateboard, and it comes with a collector card. Collect all the figures and cards. They are approx. 3.5 inches tall.
