MPC - 1950's Cadillac Convertible - Factory Error

MPC is known for their HO Scale vehicles. This is their vintage 1950's Cadillac Convertible, and it is an MPC  Factory Error.

Collectors Note: This came from a very larger collection of MPC models. In this collection are a handful of factory error cars. These cars were were results of color changes on the casting molds. Some of the previous color would be left, and would mix with the new color. Most of these were trashed, and not released to the public. However we have about 20 of them from this collection that have the older red dye mixed in with the beige. These error cars are very hard to find, if you can find them at all. In 33 years, this is the first time we've seen them in anything but a reference book!
