This is the Hot Wheels 51st Anniversary 1967 Pontiac Firebird. We have no idea what possessed Mattel to do a 51st Anniversary, we thought it was a joke at first. However, it is not a joke as you can see by the 51 on these cars/trucks. Does this mean they are going to do an annual "anniversary" set......we sure hope not!!!

Collectors Note: The set is also known as the Satin & Chrome set, which would have been a better choice than a 51st Anniversary scheme. The cars a beautiful; there are 6 vehicles in the set and one very hard to find Gold Chase vehicle. If you collect Pontiac Firebird, Muscle Cars or Hot Wheels this is a very cool addition for your collection (1:64 Scale)
