This is the beautiful Jeep Gladitor (MB 71B-2) from the Matchbox Regular Wheels collection, it was released in 1964. This one is very presentable, with a couple of small chips on roof/rear bumper. It is priced well below the Mint/Boxed value to reflect this. At this price, it's a great piece for any collection!  It is a great cross-collectible so if you collect Matchbox, or Jeep this will be a wonderful addition to your collection. (1:64 Scale)
