This is a great find. It’s a Citgo promo that was only sold via Citgo Gas Stations. This Morgan Shepard, Wood Brothers Ford Thunderbird was produced by Racing Champions

It was released more than two decades ago, and most went to children so there are not many on the collector market that are still in the original packaging. This still has the peg tab in place!
