Matchbox Regular Wheels Factory Error - (22-C-2) Pontiac Grand Prix

We have just taken in a large collection of Matchbox Regular Wheel vehicles. Released 50+ years ago in 1964 this is the beautiful (22-C-2) Pontiac Grand Prix.

Collectors Note: This looks to be a rare factory error. The car has no playwear at all, yet does not have any glass. As you can see from the picture, the original rivets are in place on the the baseplate, so this has to have been produced without the glass. Normally these errors were pulled from the production line, but it looks like this one got through! 

This Grand Prix is beautiful condition for its age, a stunning example with minimal edgewear.  It is a great cross-collectible so if you collect Matchbox, Vintage Diecast, Pontiac, or Grand Prix's this is a great find for your collection. (1:64 Scale)
