This is a great find! It's the Johnny Lightning Sizzlers NASCAR Sterling Marlin Kodak Chevrolet Lumina Stock Car
JL only had the NASCAR licensing for the Sizzlers for one year, so these are getting hard to find, especially in their original packaging.
Sizzlers are cars with high powered motors, and rechargeable Ni-Cad batteries. This one was released 20+ years ago, in 1996
