Thomas Toys (No. 1-183) - Postwar Taxi Cab

We have recently acquired a prominent collection of Vintage Plastic vehicles that contains some of the rarest and most desirable plastic toy vehicles from the 30’s thru early 50’s. We are very pleased to make this collection available to our customers.

This is a great find! It is the magnificent Thomas Toys No. 153 Taxi Cab with Driver. This beautiful postwar taxi was released 60+ years ago in 1950. This has no visible playwear and looks like it just came off the shelf at the local five and dime store.You simply will not find a nicer version at this price point.

These are quite hard to find in this nice of a condition! If you collect Vintage Postwar Plastic Toys, Taxi’s, or Thomas Toys this is a wonderful, very hard to find addition to your collection. This truck is 4 1/2” long.
