This is the Chevrolet Corvette C3 Hot Rod Convertible from Tootsietoy’s Midgets Series. These are just a bit smaller than 1:64 Scale. This is from the third generation that was produced after 1977. This one has made our junkyard because of the paint loss. This is great for a restoration/customizing. It is a great cross-collectible, so if you collect TootsieToys, Vintage Diecast, Chevy, or Vettes this is a great find for your collection.
