Topper - Zommer Boomers - Happy Hydrant Fire Truck

This is a great find. It is the “Happy Hydrant” Fire Truck from the Topper Zoomer Boomer series. Released 40+ years ago in 1970 by Topper, they were only made for two years and have become quite collectible. Each vehicle was set up to accept an interchangeable friction motor which would power it.

If you an avid fan of Topper toys, you know how hard these are to find in any condition, and you know the value of a Mint/Boxed version is $50+ for a zoomer boomer.

These are made of pressed steel, and they are approx 1:32 scale. This has some playwear, and has been priced at less than half of that book value to reflect condition. If you collect Fire Trucks, pressed steel – vintage toys, or Topper this is a great piece for your collection. You simply will not find a nicer one at this price.
