Corgi (238-A-1) OSI DAF City Concept Car

This is a beautiful OSI DAF City Car (283-A-1) that was released by Corgi 40 years ago in 1974!  It comes from a prominent collection of Corgi vehicles we recently acquired.

If you don’t know the history of this cool little car, it’s a very unique concept vehicle. Designed by the Italian company OSI, it is based on a DAF built platform, and it was called the City Car. The car was never built, and to the best of our knowledge this is the only diecast model of this concept. Corgi only produced a handful of concept vehicles, and this little gem is one of them.

It’s in nice shape with minimal wear, and all moving parts are fully functional! So if you’re an avid collector of vintage Corgi vehicles, you know the Mint/Boxed price of these is now well over $55. This is well below that price. You simply will not find a nicer version of this car at this price.
