Corgi (338A-1) Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible

This is a beautiful Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible (338-A-1) that was released by Corgi 45+ years ago in 1968!  It comes from a prominent collection of Corgi vehicles we recently acquired.

This is one of the few Corgi castings that was only produced once, from 68-70, and only in this one color variation. It is also the only Camaro that Corgi ever produced. It is also one of only two Muscle Cars that Corgi produced during the late 1960's, the other was a Mustang GT Fastback.

It’s in nice shape, with some edgewear. All of the moving parts function properly, and there are many of them – Hidden Headlights, opening doors, Bucket Seat backs, and the take-off wheels with built in gold jack stands.

If you’re an avid collector of vintage Corgi vehicles, you know the Mint/Boxed price of these is now well over $100. We have priced it at less than half of that price to reflect the edgewear. You simply will not find a nicer version of this car at this price.
