This is the E.R.F. 64G Earth Dumper (458A-1). This casting was released by Corgi in 1958. This one has some playwear but retains 90+% of its original paint, and it rolls nicely. Consequently we have priced it at less than half of the $100+ value of a Mint/Boxed version. This is a hard to find Corgi piece, and should not be restored. It is more valuable to leave as is. If you collect ERF, Dump Trucks, or Corgi, this is an opportunity to add this beautiful 50+ year old piece to your collection. You simply will not find a better intact example this version of this truck at this low of a price.
