Marx Linemar Elegant Miniatures Murphy Special Open Wheel Race Car

This is a beautiful 1:87 (HO) Scale Murphy Special Open Wheel Race Car from Marx Linemar’s Elegant Miniature Series.  It is in Mint condition, still in its original box. The box shows its 50+ year old age. These were produced in the early 60’s in collaboration between Marx and Linemar. It is difficult to describe just how rare these cars are, we have only had this particular variation once before in our ten years + of dealing in vintage diecast. We have priced well below its book value, as a thank you to our customers.  If you collect Marx, Linemar, Murphy’s, or Open Wheel Racers this is an amazing find for your collection that you simply may never get another chance to own.
