Johnny Lightning Muscle Cars USA - 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS (Factory Error)

This is the beautiful Dark Cherry 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS (Factory Error)from the JL Mustang Muscle Cars USA Series. Just one problem with this car, the folks at Round2/JohnnyLightning got this one wrong. 1996 Impala's had bench seats, and it was the only year of the three years they made this car that it had a center console floor shifter.This should have been labled a 1994 or 1995.......and it should have buckets, not a bench.

The error probably only really matters to Impala collectors, it's all about the details! Does it make it more or less collectible? Probably not, there are collectors who do collect error cars, but the whole run of these are labeled 96 Impala's. However, what does make this very collectible is that there are only 2K of these available to the collector market. Either way, it is still a beautiful car, and one of our favorite cars here are GDD as we've had several employees own these Impala SS's over the years. They are fast, fun, and very very comfortable.

It is a wonderful piece that is a very nice find for any Johnny Lightning, Impala, Chevy  or Tri-Chevy collection. (1:64 Scale)
