Tootsietoy 1947 Studebaker

This is a great find. It has been almost 10 years since we have had this casting in stock to offer you. This is the 1947 Studebaker from TootsieToy. This is from the TootsieToy 3” series. This is a rare car for one simple reason; it is one of only a handful of Tootsietoy castings that were only produced for one year. This was produced only in 1949. This is the shortest run for any Tootsietoy casting. As a result, these are difficult to find in any condition!

This one has playwear, yet it retains approx 75% of its original paint and it rolls nicely. It is a great cross-collectible, so if you collect TootsieToys, Vintage Diecast, or Studebaker this 61 year old Studebaker is a wonderful find for your collection! This has been priced to reflect the playwear, you simply will not find a better example for this price, if you could find one at all!
