Tootsietoy 1952 Mercury Sedan

This is a great find. This is the 1952 Mercury Sedan from TootsieToy. This is from the TootsieToy 4” series. It was released in 1953, and was only produced from 1953-1954, which is a short run for a TootsieToy casting. This model is difficult to find due to the small production run.

This one has some playwear, yet it retains approx 90% of its original paint and it rolls nicely. It is a great cross-collectible, so if you collect TootsieToys, Vintage Diecast, or Mercury this 60+ year old Windsor is a wonderful find for your collection! This has been priced to reflect the playwear; you simply will not find a better unrestored example for this price, particularly in this color, if you could find one at all!
