This is the 1949 Indy Open Wheel Racer from Tootsietoy's 3" series. This was produced from 1949-1954. This 60+ year old car is beautiful! It is in nice condition, and retains 98% of it’s original paint. If you collect Open Wheel Racers, Indy Cars, Tootsietoy, or Vintage Diecast this is a special piece for your collection. We have priced this well below the book value of a Mint piece to reflect the edgewear, you will not find a nicer example for at this price.
