This is the No. 235 Oil Tanker from Tootsietoy’s 3” Series. This was produced from 1947-1954! This 60+ year old tanker is in great condition that retains 99+% of its original paint.

Collectors Note: This casting came with in two variations, it either had two or four filler caps on the roof. This is a hard to find combo, it is the 4 Cap version, in red. Most of the 4 Cap tankers were either yellow or orange. If you collect Tanker Trucks, Tootsietoy, or Vintage Diecast this is a special piece for your collection. You will not find a nicer example at this price.
